We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Home Health team at LHC Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share through effective sales calls, relationship-building, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and budgets for assigned locations
  • Develop and execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales strategy to increase market share through key account development and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and patients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director/Clinical Director to drive a vision of growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two to three years of prior successful Home Health or Hospice sales experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
