The RN Pre/Post Special Procedures/Surgery at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital offers a dynamic environment for nursing professionals to provide exceptional patient care in perioperative settings.

About the Role:
This role requires a licensed Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary staff to achieve exceptional outcomes and prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provides top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
* Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice
* Models proficiency through precepting new healthcare professionals
* Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care
* Direct care includes practice in Perioperative, PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit), or Operating Room levels of care

Requirements:
* Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and adherence to various certifications
* 6 months RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
* ICU or ED Experience considered
* BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date

Estimated Salary Range: $37.06 - $57.44 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
