About the Role

The Auto Body Technician at The Boyd Group is responsible for delivering exceptional results in vehicle restoration, ensuring customers receive their vehicles in pre-accident condition. This position involves meticulous work, including disassembly, repair, reassembly, and repainting of vehicles while maintaining a high level of quality and adhering to company standards.

This role requires collaboration with team members to meet repair facility goals, focusing on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As an Auto Body Technician, you will be committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through skilled repairs and quality assessments.
  • Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Meticulously inspect vehicles after repair to ensure all work has been executed correctly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF TECHNICAL SCHOOL PROGRAM OR A 3-YEAR APPRENTICESHIP AS AN AUTO BODY REPAIRER.
  • Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
  • Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
