Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner Specialist to join our team at Dr. Reddy's, a leading healthcare solutions provider. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and distribute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist in the initial screening of customer work requests and process them into work orders.
  • Manage the maintenance stores room, performing periodic cycle counts and full stock inventories.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance planning and stores/inventory management.
  • Advanced skills in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
