Job DescriptionClinical Care Coordinator Role
This exciting opportunity involves working in our Faculty Group Practice at Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist RNs in caring for patients and families by completing assigned tasks within the NYS LPN scope of practice and NYULMC policy.
- Provide competent, safe, and compassionate care with an emphasis on understanding the challenges faced by patients.
- Check vital signs, record medical histories, and utilize specialized skills and safety when performing specific patient care tasks as assigned.
- Participate in quality and performance improvement programs consistent with service and departmental initiatives.
- Maintain current LPN knowledge and competence to fulfill responsibilities.
- Support the missions, philosophy, standards, goals, and objectives of NYULMC.
Patient Experience
The successful candidate will serve as a Brand Ambassador, upholding the NYULH Mission, vision, and values, and promoting excellence in the patient experience during every encounter.
Qualifications
To qualify, you must be a graduate of an LPN program with current NYS OP LPN licensure and registration. Ability to complete multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a team environment is required.
