About the Role:

Foundations for Living is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team on a per diem basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, promote a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN licensure in Florida.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
