Responsibilities

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
Requirements
BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
