Cybersecurity Analyst for Healthcare Services

At Universal Health Services, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Information Services assets.

About the RoleThe Cybersecurity Analyst will support the implementation and maintenance of security solutions, monitoring the resolution of technical issues, and implementing modifications to existing applications. This individual will also provide technical support to our entities as needed.
Key Responsibilities- System Implementations:
- Meet with users, vendors, and IS staff to develop system specifications.
- Assist in implementing security solutions and prepare documentation.
- Research and resolve technical security-related tickets.
- Adhere to UHS Project Management standards.
- System Maintenance/Support:
- Research and resolve tickets, including major security solution implementations and upgrades.
- Assist with Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Remediation.
- Assist with Patch Management Remediation.
- Assist with Vendor and Third Party Risk Management.
- Administration and Oversight:
- Maintain Service Excellence principles.
- Prepare and submit status reports to supervisor as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, with a concentration in cybersecurity highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of information security technologies, including Active Directory, intrusion detection/prevention systems, web filtering, vulnerability scanners/remediation, encryption technologies, mobile device and removable media protection or management systems, forensic analysis, SIEM systems, CVE databases, anti-virus, and device control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
