Job Overview

Ivonne Welch Medicare Plans is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Medicare-age clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls and complete follow-up and outbound calls as assigned
  • Be an organized multi-tasker who can stay focused and see tasks through to completion
  • Listen to instructions and take direction well, with the ability to follow established protocols
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years telephonic or call center experience in a customer service-related position
  • Strong grasp of the English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multi-task
  • Basic computer skills
  • Pleasant phone presence with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Flexibility in work schedule to include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Medicare or insurance
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software or previous experience with Zoho CRM
