CareOne at Peabody is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to your care. This role requires both direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care, in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at CareOne at Peabody, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process.
  • Maintaining effective communication with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Completing and ensuring LPN and C.N.A. documentation of care and services rendered according to facility policies and procedures.
  • Responding to situations of resident risk, such as allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of property.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree from a credentialed school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • At least 1 year of related nursing experience.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on national averages for Registered Nurses in Massachusetts. Note that salaries can vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
