**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for developing strong, positive relationships with our customers. When a customer needs assistance, you will quickly assess their situation and use your knowledge of current Apple technology to help them with iPod, iPhone, and iPad devices. Sometimes you may take care of customers on the spot, while at other times you may refer them to support team members who can assist them further.

As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
