Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at TDW Marine. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our clients from initial inquiry to final invoice.

In this role, you will work closely with our technicians, admin team, and accounting department to deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to process improvements that drive our company forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted guide: Serve as the primary contact for clients, walking them through every step of the service process with warmth and professionalism.
  • Orchestrate project success: Work closely with our technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Keep communication flowing: Foster clear, consistent communication between clients and team members, ensuring everyone stays informed and aligned.
  • Lead process improvements: Help us grow smarter by identifying and implementing improvements to our workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Interaction & Support: You'll be the go-to for client inquiries, guiding them from start to finish while understanding their needs and delivering clear service information.
  • Project Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with our technicians, managing project details, timelines, and expectations.
  • Team Communication: Keep everyone in the loop—streamline communication between clients and technicians, so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and contribute to building efficient systems that keep us growing strong.
  • Financial & Database Management: Handle client profiles and transactions with precision, ensuring all billing and service information is up-to-date and accurate.
