Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at The Bungalows At Branson Meadows.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position that involves preparing and serving meals, maintaining sanitary conditions, and adhering to production sheets and instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Service:
• • Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Adhere to production sheets and instructions
• Sanitation and Compliance:
• • Maintain sanitary conditions to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
  • Follow local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling
  • Operate dish machine(s) according to Food Safety Standards
• Record Keeping/Resident Services:
• • Manually record equipment temperatures
  • Manually record refrigerator temperatures
  • Manually record freezer temperatures
  • Manually record cooking temperatures of the food
  • Manually record holding temperatures of the food
  • Manually record cooling temperatures of the food
  • Manually record food production quantities
  • Manually record taste evaluation sheets

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required
• Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
• One (1) year job-related experience including food preparation, full-line menu items, and therapeutic diets
• Maintains a current SERV Safe certificate (food services sanitation certificate) or able to participate in the food services sanitation training to become SERV Safe Certified

Salary Range:

$35,000 - $45,000 per annum
