Job Title: Field Service Foreperson

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising field technicians and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects and emergency responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train field technicians to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate and execute projects and emergency responses within budget and on time
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards and regulations
  • Manage resources and equipment to ensure efficient project execution
  • Engage in physical labor, including lifting and pulling heavy objects, and operate light and heavy equipment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a physically intensive role and supervisory or leadership position
  • Ability to travel for extended periods and be on-call for emergency responses
  • Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical functions per job requirements
  • Successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous heavy equipment experience and environmental or industrial experience
  • Commercial driver license and ability to work in various temperatures and weather conditions
