Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our team at Legent Hospital for Special Surgery in Plano, TX. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
- Handle and pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons during procedures
- Assist in draping the sterile field and maintaining aseptic technique
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
