Job Title: Insurance Offices Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate office's locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business functions, supporting corporate-owned locations, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the corporate offices, ensuring smooth and efficient business functions.
  • Provide dedicated operational support to corporate-owned locations, including coordination of training, audits, and operational guidance.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Manage recruitment for office staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per office, profitability per employee/location, sources of new business, retention and more.
  • Create and execute strategies to generate new business based on market opportunities and location potential.
  • Maintain communication with retail office agents regarding KPIs, goals, and company updates, and manage personnel movements across locations based on operational needs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing feedback, and set performance goals for team members.
  • Schedule and conduct regular operational visits to corporate locations
  • Ensure all corporate operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to improve corporate office operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience managing operations within the insurance industry, preferably in Property and Casualty (Required).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in corporate office management.
  • Property and Casualty 220 insurance license (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations, particularly in Property and Casualty lines.
  • Proven ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for operational visits to corporate locations (in the Miami area)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
