Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues with diesel engines, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and related systems
  • Assist customers with roadside services and provide preventative maintenance services
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean facilities with friendly faces
  • Interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in various temperatures
  • Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures
  • Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
