Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flight Paramedic to join our team of air transportation experts at Air Evac Lifeteam. As a Flight Paramedic, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, as well as providing pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and maintain thorough documentation of patient records
  • Conduct daily base checks, including narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences to maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals, and the public to maintain positive interpersonal relationships
  • Fulfill open or vacant shifts within assigned areas as deemed appropriate by the Regional Director
Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an ALS or critical care setting
  • Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required prior to flight status
  • Advanced Certification (FP-C) preferred, required within 24 months from date of hire
