Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Group, North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and presents food as needed, adhering to safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Performs prep work, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Weighs and measures designated ingredients, ensuring accurate quantities and quality.
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined steps of service.
  • Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisors.
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
  • Assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
