Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate nurse with a minimum of one year of acute care experience to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. As an Intermediate Care Nurse, you will be responsible for making a positive impact on patients and their families by delivering exceptional nursing care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized patient care, prioritizing the needs of each individual and tailoring your approach to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective plans of care, incorporating evidence-based practices and best clinical judgment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of acute care experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
  • A current state nursing license and relevant certifications (as required).
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on experience.

  • Earn up to $750 for each referral.
  • Eligible for quarterly bonuses – Earn $500 for 468 hours worked within the quarter.
