Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical support to individuals served, including administering medications and monitoring health conditions.
  • Protect and honor the rights of individuals with disabilities, ensuring their dignity and autonomy are respected.
  • Develop a positive rapport with individuals served, serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals served.
  • Document data displaying the individuals served goals and progression, tracking their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Teach skills to individuals served to promote independence, empowering them to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
  • Participate in ongoing training, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
