Nurse Wanted for Travel Assignment

The Newport Health Center in New London, NH is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to fill a travel assignment position in our clinic. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

This position involves providing skilled nursing care to clients in an institutional setting, with a focus on observation, assessment, and intervention. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as ordered by the attending physician, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and care delivered.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $23,500 per month, based on the location and industry standards. We offer a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in an institutional setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Assess and observe client needs, reporting changes and concerns to the physician and Nursing Supervisor
- Administer medications, treatments, and other modalities as ordered by the attending physician
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and care delivered

**Requirements:**
- Valid current nursing license under the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting
- Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
