We are Sound Generations, a non-profit organization serving older adults and people with disabilities in King County. Our mission is to partner with older adults to provide accessible and inclusive services.

The position of Apartment Manager is available in our Seattle facilities. The successful candidate will oversee the administrative operations of a 25-unit low-income apartment building, ensuring timely apartment vacancies, handling tenant management, rent collection, and compliance with Tax Credit Housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filling apartment vacancies efficiently and effectively.
  • Managing tenant relationships, rent payments, and related paperwork.
  • Maintaining accurate financial and compliance records.
