Job Title: Regional Clinical Liaison

The Regional Clinical Liaison will serve as a key representative for Nexus Health Systems, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities in the region. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue managed care opportunities, collaborating with our Director of Managed Care Services to cultivate these relationships.
  • Develop and execute weekly plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Represent Nexus Health Systems at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to promote our facilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare trends and changes, using this knowledge to inform our sales strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of competitor facilities to inform our sales approach.
  • Analyze referral patterns and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate presentations to potential referral sources.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.
  • Utilize our corporate customer database tool, Enquire, to manage customer relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of licensing regulations and third-party payor information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Complex Care.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, with a clinical background preferred.

At least three years of experience in a hospital or healthcare-related field is required.

Background experience with referral development and a strong background in client services and relationship management are required.

Experience developing sales plans for a territory is highly desirable.
