- Manage caseload independently and collaborate with referring providers
- Develop and implement business plans to improve practice performance and exceed benchmark standards
- Contribute to planning and decision-making for therapy services
- Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure PHI is secure
- Total compensation package of $90-120k
- 4-10 schedule available
- Paid PTO and sick leave
- Continuing education reimbursement
- Health insurance premiums covered at 100%

- Texas Physical Therapy License
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proficiency in computer skills/EMR programs
