Regional Executive Chef

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a highly skilled Regional Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and hospitality standards across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Division leadership to establish training priorities and develop culinary and hospitality expertise.
  • Train and develop district and account managers on menu concepts, integrated systems, and standards.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to culinary employees, account managers, and district leaders on culinary performance and professional development.
  • Support the development and implementation of training programs and in-services, including coordination with Corporate Training.
  • Identify opportunities for advancement and developmental experiences for successful managers.
  • Recruit and orient culinary and operational leaders, developing relationships with culinary schools to generate candidate flow.
  • Implement HCSG policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and codes.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or certification in culinary arts or 10+ years of industry experience at an Executive Chef level or higher.
  • Prior experience in culinary education and on-site or healthcare dining service preferred.
  • Strong culinary skills, ability to train diverse workforce, and knowledge of nutrition.
  • Excellent oral/verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of quantity food production, serving techniques, and food safety/sanitation requirements.
