Orthodontic Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales within assigned territory and uncovering ways to increase sales of core products amongst Ormco's products and solutions portfolio. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, including Orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans and territory-specific tactics to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
- Balance business retention, expansion, and new account cultivation to meet sales goals.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends to provide valuable insights to customers.

Requirements:
