About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team at Doral Centre Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer care to patients and clients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Process invoices and payments efficiently, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical history, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Determine patient immunization and test status, communicating effectively with our medical team to ensure timely treatment.
  • Communicate with doctors and technical staff on patient arrival and necessary treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Fulfill prescription, food, and over-the-counter product requests as instructed by our veterinarians, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accurately input data into our computer software, ensuring up-to-date records and seamless communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work weekends as needed.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds, ensuring safe and efficient movement of patients and equipment.
