Job Description

This role assumes responsibility for contributing to the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and standards. The ideal candidate will determine service levels and enhancements, assist with budget development and monitoring, and provide technical advice and supervision to staff and other departments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field and at least five years of experience in a similar role
  • Prior management or leadership experience, with a proven track record of supporting difficult customers and building relationships
  • Able to complete client onboarding and obtain a Q clearance
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, candidates outside of New Mexico may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Additional Information

The contract duration is 12-24 months, with a possibility of extension based on performance, attendance, and business needs. The project is expected to run for five years, and travel requirements are minimal. A 9/80 schedule is offered, with per diem compensation available.
