We are seeking a skilled Demo Project Manager/Estimator to support public and private projects in the Greater Philadelphia Region.

The successful candidate will assess the costs and resources required and manage Demolition projects throughout the region.

  • Bid and manage public and private demolition contracts to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of demolition practices, methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present estimates to upper management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Familiar with building codes and regulations.
  • OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training.
