After completing all new hire training requirements, you will learn how we go above and beyond to ensure that our team members receive the best training in retail. You will be supportive of the team you work with as you all grow together.
As a Retail Associate, you will have the ability to work days, nights, and weekends. You must be willing to approach and greet the public, follow up with previous customers, and participate in continuous learning and training sessions.
The estimated salary for this role is $21 per hour, plus unlimited commission. You can choose to get paid daily and enjoy benefits such as medical, paid time off programs, phone service discounts, and growth potential for your career.
We operate on typical retail hours and require a high school diploma or GED. At least 18 years of age and prior experience in sales and customer service are also required.
