Medical Care Specialist

At MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with surgeons to develop and implement treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and review of medical histories.
- Assist in the evaluation and diagnosis of surgical conditions by interpreting diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory tests.
- Collaborate with surgeons to develop and implement treatment plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including medication management, wound care, and patient education.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in physician assistant studies from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Physician Assistant license in the state of NY.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
