We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team at Soliant. As an SLP, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy to students, conducting assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs).

Job Summary

This role involves working with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive speech and language evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans and IEPs, and attending IEP meetings to help set educational goals for students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations to identify areas of need.
  • Create and implement effective treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to provide targeted support and accommodations.
  • Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to promote student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
  • Attend regular IEP meetings to ensure students receive necessary support and accommodations.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
