Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Professional to join our team at Done Right Merchandising. As a Lead Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for leading crews of up to 25 individuals and working directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead crews of up to 25 individuals and work directly with clients to provide project updates
  • Communicate daily with project managers and client personnel to ensure project success
  • Welcome and train new field employees
  • Schedule and coordinate with team members to prioritize project tasks
  • Install overhead signage, aisle markers, and other store décor packages
  • Set shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, price labels, and stock merchandise according to planograms
  • Collaborate with team members and work effectively as a group
  • Enforce company policies and demonstrate a good work ethic and excellent attendance
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and experience communicating with new crews, clients, and company leaders
  • Multiple years of experience installing fixtures in a retail store environment
  • New store and store remodel experience is a must
  • Ability to understand and uphold company policy and maintain a sense of professionalism at all times
  • Ability to get along with others and manage performance and behaviors of a team per company guidelines
  • Must have own reliable transportation (not shared)
  • Demonstrate technical skills required to assist with reporting and documentation for projects as assigned
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and planograms
  • Own and demonstrate safe usage of basic power tools, hand tools, tape measure, chalk line, and levels
  • Must be able to safely stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders up to 20 feet high for long periods of time
  • Have strength to pull, push, and lift materials and products up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ensure all safety policies are always followed
  • Ability to pass national background check and random drug screenings
  • A valid driver's license and government-issued identification
