Job Overview

Oak Leaf Family Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join their team. As a key member of the dental team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

The ideal candidate will have a current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation is essential.

The successful candidate will also have experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health is also required.

The physical demands of the role include prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year is also necessary.
