Randstad is a prominent equipment manufacturer, service provider, and supplier in industrial, municipal, and environmental market segments based in the southeastern part of Minneapolis. The company seeks an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join their team.
Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and support of products and services with effective communication with vendors and customers. They will develop sales strategies to demonstrate the features and benefits of products to achieve increased sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Seek new customers through various means, including phone calls, email, mailings, fax, and seminars
- Contact partners to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
- Making effective sales pitches, inside sales representatives research potential customers' annual revenue, business needs, or current vendors before contacting them
- Following up with customers and building relationships: inside sales representatives perform several follow-up calls to assess customer needs and discuss solutions, and remain in contact to foster clientele relationships and sell additional products or services
- Negotiate customized packages with customers, discussing product amounts, rates, or service terms before agreeing on a sale
