About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at HCA HealthONE Rose. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Instrument Preparation: Perform decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of instruments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with colleagues to manage asset inventory and ensure timely delivery of surgical instruments and supplies.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in developing workflow improvements and daily work assignments to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Certification: Current Central Service Technician certification is essential for this role.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional education preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience working with multi-specialty OR instrumentation is necessary for success in this position.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to operate various equipment are crucial for this role.
