CDL Driver Position

As a CDL Driver with Clayton Homes, you will play a vital role in ensuring materials are consistently delivered to job sites as anticipated. This position requires a Driver to drive to and from pre-arranged sites where materials are being delivered as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily pre and post trip inspections and keep accurate written records of findings and observations.
- Maintain professionalism while on the highway, including knowing and abiding by all DOT regulations.
- Ability to perform daily inspections of vehicle in accordance to DOT regulations.
Requirements:
- Friendly with good, clean appearance.
- Takes pride in work.
- Possess valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Possess valid CDL license.
- Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
- Ability to lift and move furniture, wallboard, water heater, etc. (100 lbs.).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
