Business Development Manager

Skilled Wound Care, a certified Great Place to Work, is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth into new markets. As a clinically oriented business developer, you will identify and secure partnerships with skilled nursing facilities across the country.
Your ImpactAs our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by forging essential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities. Your success will drive revenue and enhance the lives of countless patients in need of specialized wound care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct strategic market analysis to identify potential partnerships with skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop engaging proposals that highlight Skilled Wound Care's exceptional value and service offerings.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers in skilled nursing facilities.
- Achieve targets for new facility partnerships and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of services.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-8 years of proven sales experience required; background in long-term care and wound care sales preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and out of state 4-5 days a week.
- Salary $80,000 - $90,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus.
