Overview: W3r Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including internal and external clients, to provide exceptional service and support. You will also be responsible for meeting statistical performance measures, such as length of call and daily call volume, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an individual who is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral, written, and listening skills, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and polite manner.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
