Campus Retail Leader

The Follett Team is seeking a motivated individual to support store operations as a Campus Retail Leader.
Job SummaryThis role involves driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of brand excellence. The successful candidate will cultivate an environment of mentorship, continuous development of team members, and stay engaged in financial metrics and store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving Results/Sales: Execute store plans and daily operations for traditional and rush periods, review store financials, and recalibrate goals to drive sales. Promote special events and partner with store leadership to achieve company objectives.
- Talent Management: Supervise team members, train, and coach on company and store standards. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. Perform onboarding procedures for new hires and schedule work hours within the operating budget.
- Customer Service: Create and maintain an engaging customer service culture focused on solutions-based selling and exceptional customer experience. Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues. Drive market growth initiatives like POS email collection and maintain service level agreements for OMS Orders.
- Campus Relationships: Communicate with the campus on day-to-day operational activities, facilitate events, and maintain a positive working relationship.
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent is required. Relevant retail experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Follett offers competitive salaries starting at $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on location.
