Pediatric Speech Therapist

Connect Home Health LLC is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and well-coordinated care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy, using standardized tests and assessments.
- Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders, utilizing your clinical judgment and expertise.
- Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses, including speech and language disorders.
- Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child, and collaborating with them to develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.
- A valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas.
- Current BLS License.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
- Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
