The Opportunity:

As our CBRF Aide/Hospitality Aide, you will provide nursing-related services, housekeeping, laundry services, and activities to residents consistent with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You will maintain a home-like environment for residents, protect and promote their rights, and assist them to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

Shifts and Scheduling:

We offer flexible scheduling with no mandated overtime. Our shifts include:

  • AM shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Full-time and weekend openings)
  • PM shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Full-time, part-time, and weekends)
  • NOC shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Full-time, part-time, and weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Your tasks will include:

  • Meds administration - monitoring
  • Med supplies and documentation
  • Vitals & weights
  • Laundry - washing, drying, passing out, and picking up dirty laundry
  • Assisting with daily personal cares, including dressing and undressing
  • Kitchen duties, such as serving food, washing dishes, cleaning, and setting up
  • Bathing and personal hygiene
  • Housekeeping tasks, including emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, and changing bedding
  • Mobility assistance, including safely transferring and ambulatory techniques

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent and/or 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent attendance
  • Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
