Clinical Nurse Specialist

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the advancement of quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based nursing interventions to patients with diabetes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes
- Participate in educational activities, clinical research studies, and technological developments to advance the specialty
- License as a registered Clinical Nurse Specialist in New York State
- Current New York State Registration as a registered nurse
- Masters or doctoral degree in nursing as a clinical nurse specialist
- Minimum of five years clinical practice experience, three of which must be treating diabetic patients
