Job Overview

This Fortune 500 company seeks a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to oversee facilities services in the Denver, CO area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations of two offices located in Denver and Boulder, requiring regular travel between sites to perform tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all facilities-related services to exceed client expectations.
  2. Perform administrative support duties for both sites, focusing on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work Monday & Friday in Boulder
  • Work Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday in Denver
  • Fulfill temporary duties for team members in Boulder when needed
  • Demonstrate expertise in facilities services (2+ years experience) and working with vendors
  • Utilize Company financial systems for work tasks and invoicing
  • Support Boulder and Denver sites in assigned duties
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-level service delivery to internal and external clientele, vendors, and other service providers
  • Meet and greet clients, receive incoming mail, and ensure outgoing mail is dispatched promptly
  • Maintain building upkeep, procurement of supplies, and operational trackers
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Supervisor to maintain Purchase Orders
  • Daily site walkthroughs to inspect facilities and generate work orders as necessary

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
