Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our operations team at Direct Line Global. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our Lead Technicians and Project Managers, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, document follow-up actions, and prepare presentation materials.
  • Project Monitoring: Ensure project deadlines are met, assess risks and issues, and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate travel arrangements for technicians, create teams, develop objectives, assign responsibilities, and perform project accounting functions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience, with 2 years in construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A good understanding of building networks and ability to plan and organize team efforts.
  • Clients management and building goodwill, as well as capacity to motivate and lead teams.
