Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse I to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our Medical Surgical Unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities:
* Provide safe and effective patient care by utilizing best practices in hand-off communication and reporting patient care information.
* Demonstrate knowledge and skills in the operation and maintenance of medical equipment.
* Perform systematic assessments according to established criteria and recognize abnormal diagnostic data, reporting it to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 0-1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
* BLS certification required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year
