Job Summary

  • Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while adhering to nursing protocols and safety standards">
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective clinical care">
  • Assess, analyze, and prioritize patient needs, establishing goals and implementing care strategies">
  • Delegate tasks safely, providing direct and indirect nursing care, and evaluating responses to interventions">
  • Perform additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred">
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license">
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining required during orientation prior to providing patient care">
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required to be maintained throughout employment">
