Membership Services Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, chapters, and employees of Safari Club International. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the organization's mission and programs, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key responsibilities include processing membership dues payments, maintaining the membership database, and providing information and support to members and chapters via telephone, email, and mail.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing convention registrations, receiving and processing payments, and verifying registration orders with callers.
Additionally, the candidate will travel to and provide support to members at the SCI Annual Convention.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of data entry experience, and 2+ years of customer service experience.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, database, and graphic presentation software programs, and able to become proficient in SCI's proprietary software.
