Job Overview:

Aftermath Services is a leading biohazard remediation and trauma cleanup company with over 60 regional offices and 100 mobile units across the country. We provide professional and compassionate services to families, communities, and businesses after traumatic events.

As a Field Supervisor at Aftermath, you will play a crucial role in managing cleanups, handling paperwork, and communicating effectively with clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs and accurately estimate project scopes.
  • Manage cleanups, handle necessary paperwork, and lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and obtain sign-off for work initiation.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Field Supervisor at Aftermath, you must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field, is required. Additionally, you must have a valid Driver's License, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and reside locally to respond to dispatch calls within one hour.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
  • XActimate experience
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction

Compensation:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-36 per hour, plus additional administrative compensation. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
